We use your information to provide the Legal Self-Rep platform, maintain your account, process payments, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. Navigator conversations are logged for compliance and quality assurance.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We implement row-level security in our database to ensure your data is accessible only to you and authorized Legal Self-Rep personnel.
We retain your data for the duration required by applicable limitation periods and privacy law. Navigator conversation logs are retained per our compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your account subject to our legal retention obligations.

Legal Self-Rep complies with PIPEDA (Canada), PHIPA (Ontario), and applicable privacy laws. We do not voluntarily disclose user data except as required by valid legal process.
